CoolTalent does not collect any information on candidates. If you are visiting our website because you are looking for a job at any of the CoolTalent companies through the career section on our website, you will be asked to provide the relevant details for a specific vacancy.

These details will be provided directly to the recruitment department of the relevant CoolTalent company, which will inform you of the recruitment procedure including the applicable privacy statement.

How long will CoolTalent retain your data

When you have provided your details to us via the contact form on our website, we shall retain your data as long as it is necessary in relation to the reason for which you have contacted us or to provide any requested services to you. When you have provided your details for CoolTalent Insights, your data will remain with us as long as you want to receive email communications from us. If at any time you wish to update your email preferences or stop receiving all email communications, you can indicate this by clicking the “email preferences” or “unsubscribe” link in all email communications. When you unsubscribe, your data will either be deleted or permanently anonymized.
